Damaged Products during shipment.
If you receive products that were damaged during shipment, immediately contact UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (depending on who delivered the box) and report it to them. After reporting the damage to them contact us by email or by telephone. We will promptly replace the shipment free of any charges to you.
